Juat picked up my order from Tropical Smoothie, and neither my wife nor I are happy. Ever since covid, the franchise has been going downhill. We are traveling, and we always look for healthy, clean food on the go. This was our last straw with Tropical smoothie cafe food. We wouldve been better off going to bojanggles.The wrists were soggy, tasteless, soupy, and a boatload of tortilla left over which indicates they did not drag the food throughout the entire tortilla.The portions are getting smaller and smaller, but prices are high. SMH

Everything was exactly as I asked!! Extra Caesar dressing and a full bead of lettuce. I will definitely be ordering this again asap! Very fresh, as expected! And of course the taste was superb

The ISLAND PUNCH SMOOTHIE is excellent, but the baja chicken wrap is only okay. They gave me an edible straw, but then wrapped my apple in plastic, -_- really? The wrap I can do better for less at home, but for convenience and fresh taste the overall review gets 4 stars.

The turkey sandwich was amazing! The smoothie tho was not blended well and had too much ginger. The smoothie also had an off putting aroma . This was the second time I’ve ordered the green detox smoothie. The first time it was excellent but this time was not.
