The Thai Chicken wrap wasn't very good. I didn't taste any dressing. Just plain and blah. Yuck. Wouldn't recommend or get again. I used to love them. Thankfully the KIWI QUENCHER® smoothie was very good. It's been awhile since I've ordered here but the wrap seems smaller too.

I ordered a ceasar wrap, it comes with a bag of chips. I did not receive my chips, called store and was told out of stock. Wrap was not discounted for no chips. Store employee said sorry we're out, I asked why wasn't I notified to pick another item. His answer was well they're free anyway. Very poor attitude and bad customer service. How is Tropical Smoothie going to compensate for poor customer service, and missing food?

The lettuce was brown and wilted , cheese melted all in one clump and chicken was super slimy

I asked for extra drizzle and didn't get any that even came wit the order highly disappointed because I paid extra for the drizzle and didn't come with the regular amount either .
