Love Tropical Smoothie. Favorite smoothie is the Chia Banana Boost. I have had most of their food and it is all good.

Ordered BOGO, and they basically took the amount of one bowl and split it in two. Quiet disappointed. The taste is not the issue, but the cost to quality is insane.

First time ordering from Tropical Smoothie Café. The food was really good, but the portions were so comically small that I thought it was a joke at first. And my açai bowl had a use by date that was five days ago. :/

I’ve always loved Tropical Smoothie, and it used to be my go-to for over a decade. Unfortunately, I’ve had consistent issues with this location. My food almost always comes with incorrect ingredients, my side is often missing, and when I choose fruit as my side and actually receive it, it’s frequently overripe or spoiled. The smoothies have been fine, but after so many repeated issues, it’s made me question the overall quality. I’ve continued giving this location chances over the past two years, but nothing has really changed. It seemed better when it first opened.

Usually my food is great but the last few orders, my CHIPOTLE CHICKEN CLUB bread has been burnt. When it's done right it's tasty though.
