The CHIPOTLE CHICKEN CLUB & chipotle THAI CHICKEN SALAD are my favorite items and they always make it perfectly.

Got a BUFFALO CHICKEN wrap and for $9 it had like 4 strips of chicken and was very small. Would have felt more comfortable paying $5 or $6 for this

ACAI BOWL was very small portion very little fruits and was disappointed and extremely too sweet it was impossble to consume. Do better. If I could give zero stars I would it was a complete waste of my money. The CHIPOTLE CHICKEN CLUB was disgusting and very dry like there was no sauce at all I have no pics due to how fast I threw it in the garbage once I tasted it. My first and last experience at the tropical cafe.

Amazing store! The staff is great. There is this one staff member, I'm not sure of her name, but she works at the Hewlett location as well... she is such a great worker: super personable, remembers my order every time, and goes above and beyond. In speaking with her it's obvious she's really smart, has grit, and has a bright future ahead of her! Her customer service skills are superb! All around great experiences with her.
