The HUMMUS VEGGIE wrap is my go to!
I have a dairy allergy, so I substitute the ranch for Thai peanut sauce, and I take out the cheese, and the substitution is always done right and I never get sick. I love this place. The smoothies are pretty good too. I love the pomegranate cranberry strawberry banana *drools*

I paid almost$10 for each item and the smoothie tastes like water and the flatbread sandwich barely had any chicken,bacon, ranch, tomato, or lettuce on it. Hope whoever prepared it has a better day than I'm having after paying my money for this mess.

Wrap was made poorly and waaaayyy too much ranch. 90% ranch and 10% (rice, hummus, black beans)

whoever did our order made smoothies sent from the heavens. nothing was watery or underblended - it was flavorful and evenly blended

Wow! I had the 3 THREE CHEESE CHICKEN quesadilla and the BEACH BUM™ chocolate, strawberry, & banana smoothie. My son had the PEANUT BUTTER CUP™ (chocolate, banana, peanut butter) smoothie. Everything was really great! Everything tasted like fresh fruit and was really delicious. The Quesadilla was yummy. I loved how you could add or delete things. Instead of chips or other stuff I was able to get a banana as a side. You can add cheeses and remove sauces and change other things. I will definitely be a long term customer of Tropical Smoothie Cafe!
