A little disappointed that the cookies are pre-packaged. I ordered the SNICKERDOODLE COOKIE thinking like most places they'd be baked fresh. But it came in the kind of pre-sealed package a gas station cookie would come in. This store has amazing fresh ingredients and foods but the cookies aren't fresh, so $2 for a cookie it's a bit upsetting that the cookies aren't even baked at the store.

This used to be one of my favorite places, but the quality has gone down and it’s really disappointing. To start, they send drinks unsealed, which feels unsafe and unpleasant since anyone could open them and take a sip. Is it that hard to put them in a sealed paper bag with plastic, and close it with a staple or tape? The smoothie is still tasty, but it’s hard not to think about the fact that whoever delivers it could open it.
On the other hand, the chicken pesto flatbread used to be my top choice, but now no way. The bread was hard, almost stale, the pesto tasted a bit sour (not sure if it was even good), and the chicken? You had to go looking for it—they put less and less every time. I don’t know if this was just a one-time slip or if that’s how they’re doing things now, but either way it’s really bad—at least for delivery.

The CHICKEN CHORIZO WRAP lack meat. For whatever reason, the portion size of meat is inconsistent. Some days I get enough meat to enjoy my meal and other times I'm biting and pulling mostly the tortilla wrap with loads of lettuce. It was still good despite that.

I got the DRAGON FRUIT bowl minus coconuts. It was delicious however it was a small portion for the price. the base was smaller than other smoothie restaurants that I've tried.
