There is always an issue when I order an ACAI BOWL through DD. The quality is trash. Either I receive a melted/refrozen bowl or I receive a quarter portion of a banana and 1 strawberry as seen here. The prices of these bowls are not cheap, so I expect to receive a full portion just as someone walking in to the store. I spend a lot of money with Tropical Smoothie. This is unacceptable, and I will NOT be patronizing them again.

I LOVE this spot! The chipotle chiken club with a side of maple sweet potatoes is top-tier. And that Avocolada shake is beyond deliocus.

There seems to always be an issue when I order ACAI BOWL on the weekend via DD. This time, the bowls clearly defrosted and were re-frozen and sold regardless. There are refrozen ice chips throughout my bowls that diminish both the quality and taste, and I am not happy after spending so much money today.
