Okay, you pay A LOT at Tropical Smoothie, which is fine but read the reviews..this location is CONSISTENTLY bad. For $60, literally, we got three smoothies which were mostly half full due to the spill en route, but also had obviously sat at the restaurant for over 30 mins. All were watered down and runny, and one ("Mango Magic") was absolutely WRONG and foul. The food was...disgusting. I ordered the Chicken Caprese with NO chicken and NO tomatoes but came with both. I'm allergic to tomatoes and don't eat meat, so that was thrown away, along with Mango Magic. Both Inedible. I have had so many poor deliveries and even pick up that tastes "off", you'd think I'd stop spending hundreds of dollars each month. Well, I'm officially done. I read the other reviews and it's seems to be across the board. If it wasn't so expensive or if the quality was even 2 stars .. I'm not a harsh reviewer. I tip well. REALLY well. Id say at least 80% of our orders have been terrible, 10% have been completely inedible, and ALL have had error. It's an expensive habit when I don't have time to cook. I've learned my lesson. I'll hire a cook and order clean food. Also, Roxberry smoothies always taste the same, are never watered down, are made with fruit and veggies, no ice or fillers like Tropical Smoothie uses. Sadly, I don't think the location is well managed, staff isn't trained or authorized to make corrections---or concessions, refunds, replacement deliveries. The only thing consistent is a guaranteed mistake.

It was terrible!!!! I was so sad. It was soggy (wayyy toooo much sauce) it was Inundated with green onions and literally had five small pieces of shrimp, I-also had shrimp added but didn't see extra shrimp. I was really disappointed. Also I tried to call the store 4 times and no one answered the phone. It's a shame cause I really use to like this place. Unfortunately it had really gone down hill.

The Thai Chicken Salad came with no chicken (and they ignored my request for no cilantro). The peanut sauce is more spice than peanut, too the point of being unenjoyable. The Classic Grilled Cheese was half-toasted and very bland. Their smoothies are good enough — I appreciate the ability to sub Splenda and turbinado.

Stick to smoothies and bowls. The BERRY TROPIBOBA BOWL was really good and I've had the Avocolada and other smoothies in the past that were good - but they can't seem to get hot food right.
