• 6/17/26Tsaocaa's secretly a fried chicken place because their fried chicken is actually SO GOOD!! I recommend the honey garlic 10 pc, super juicy and addicting. It's definitely Asian style fried chicken that you'd find in East-Asia as compared to Southern-USA style fried chicken, as the batter is lighter and the flavor is on the sweeter side. The fuzhounese 'premium' milk teas from tsaocaa also tastes identical to some of the best milk teas I've had in China, and the soup dumplings are pretty good, one of the best you'll find in Raleigh right now. Also, about the vinegar sauce, dipping dumplings in black vinegar is how you are traditionally supposed to eat soup dumplings. So, most cuisine here is definitely more authentic Chinese-Chinese leaning than Chinese-American. Which I would recommend! Would order again.

• 6/16/26Cucumber Salad was excellent, way better than expected and will definitely order again. Honestly haven't gotten any misses from this place, everything has been delicious. We try something different every time. Soup dumplings are great too.
