One of the best ramen in LA. No doubt about it. First ramen I've had that is not too salty or oily. This is a standard all ramen places should strive for.

The tuna looked a little old, discoloration. The taste was very different too, I can tell the inconsistency in the chefs. I loved it before but not today.

Noodles were good consistency, but broth was flavorless aside from being spicy. Really disappointing.

I love japan Tsukemen style noodle so I would hate to give 4 star, but this chashu has been SUPER salty, so please change, it was not this salty before!
