The chicken in the katsu was incredibly hard and nearly impossible to eat. Not fried too much but the actual chicken itself

Absolutely terrible experience. The order was clearly not prepared properly, and none of the food tasted good. The sashimi was warm and smelled fishy, which is completely unacceptable. The burger meat was extremely tough and completely dry, with no juice at all. The ramen was bland and had almost no flavor. Overall, there was nothing enjoyable about this meal. I will not be ordering from here again.
