I asked in the specifications box that there be no onions or tomatoes on my sandwich and yet they were on the sandwich when it arrived. They also skimped me on the meat and the Seasoned Fries were only partially fried. Overall the meal was terrible, hopefully they were just having an off day.

We got a Regular Steak N' Cheese and Regular Chicken N' Cheddar without lettuce and tomatoes minus ranch and add tubby's sauce! It was everything and I appreciate their attention to detail with my substitutions. Our subs were delicious, made me want to double back!!

I ordered a Regular Chicken N' Cheddar like I always do without lettuce and tomatoes minus ranch add tubby's sauce. The cheese wasn't melted, it was just shredded cheese thrown on the sandwich, no onions, and the tubby's sauce was on the side. The sandwich was HORRIBLE!!
