• 9/7/24Amazing! Tried just because we never had and holy smokes the honey dusted fried chicken was crazy good! That crunchy crust!!!! The red beans and rice rivaled Mothers in New Orleans ! I just wish now I had ordered desserts. We will be back

• 11/3/25Order with great caution. This once-great staple of downtown Greenville seems to be falling from grace. The food was absolutely terrible. I do not know what has happened to this once excellent restaurant. The so-called Heavenly Banana Pudding 32oz (serves 4) was neither heavenly nor recognizable as "banana pudding" in any sense of the word. They failed to properly fill the 32 oz container, yet advertised it as a "serves 4" portion. The container was barely over half-full. It was enough for, at most, two people. And this was not the kind of banana pudding I expect at a 21 dollar price point. Their attempt at banana pudding is basically a cheap, artificially flavored instant pudding with stale-ish vanilla wafers and sliced bananas mixed with cool whip. An abomination to the concept of banana pudding by any properly southern restaurant. Perhaps this was only a bad night. Or so I thought. The For the Love of Cobb (GF) salad was also terrible. For an 18 dollar salad, I'd expect at least fresh ingredients and decent portion sizes. But no. Neither the ingredients were fresh. Nor were the portions reasonable. They were considerably smaller than in-person, limited by the improper packaging they've chosen to use. One more foul-up by Tupelo Honey and I will never order from here again.

• 7/28/25Everything was phenomenal! I just wish I'd ordered mac & cheese, too! Best Heavenly Banana Pudding 32oz (serves 4) I've had in ages! Loved the Salt & Pepper Crispy Brussels Sprouts* as well!

• 11/3/25Terrible. Avoid this place. Tupelo Honey failed to include the allegedly Heavenly Banana Pudding 32oz (serves 4) the first time. Then on the re-order they only filled the 32 oz container up halfway. I note, however, the pudding was NOT fresh when it arrived (on the re-order only). The For the For the Love of Cobb (GF) salads were a tragic disappointment, because the fried chicken was not included initially. And then on the re-order the chicken tenders were dry, over-cooked and stringy. The portions were considerably less than in person. The lettuce was not fresh. The cheese was not fresh. The tomatoes were not fresh. Nothing whatsoever in the salad, on re-delivery, was acceptable. I will never order from here again. This is the second time in as many months I've seen the dismal state Tupelo Honey has fallen into. Sad, because the salads used to be outstanding. The sole point of redemption was the Biscuits For A Cause and the blueberry compote they came with. The biscuits and compote were both delicious.

• 11/2/25The banana Heavenly Banana Pudding 32oz (serves 4) was only halfway full. They failed to include it the first time. The fried chicken on both salads was dry, burned and tasted as if it had been left under heat lamps for a prolonged period of time. The lettuce was not fresh, the bacon was stringy and chewy. Not crunchy as it should have been. The portions of the salads were about 75 percent of what you might have once gotten in person. They failed to include the fried chicken the first time. All in all this is the second time Tupelo Honey has disappointed in the last two months, both via delivery and in person. I will not order from here again. I will not dine here again. Very sad. Was once great. Now a shadow of what it once was. Avoid this place.
