The pho ga from turtle tower cannot be beaten by any other contenders, imo. The soup is perfect - flavorful but still light. It's always a solid choice for a hangover meal.
The pho tai is also great! The meat is perfectly minced, soft, and tender. The generous greens sprinkled on top definitely make the somewhat heartier beef broth feel extra refreshing too.

Everything at Turtle Tower is delicious! The pho broth is oily from meat and not overly done. It's rich and compliments the noodles. The bahn mi is amazing! It's not the biggest ever and the grilled pork is perfect inside of it. If you've been able to dine in, the service is fast & the cooks are having a great time. You can tell everything was made with love

The Pho Bo and Pho Ga were both delicious and well seasoned, but strangely the delivery did not come with the usual pack of hoisin/sriracha or bean sprouts/herbs/etc which I found strange. Not sure if that's normal for this restaurant or an oversight. It was pretty expensive for the somewhat sparse amount of meat. But, again, very delicious.

I LOVED Turtle Towwr in the TL so was excited to try this location. Chicken pho broth was so oily! Grilled pork was poor quality and not enough meat compared to other restaurants. Will go back to Sunflower when they re-open in the Mission.

This restaurant is fantastic! I order the Phở Ga and Phở Chín, and they were to die for! Arrived with great packaging and the flavors were excellent. Will definitely be coming back!
