I used to LOVE this place. Quality used to be on point. But lately not only have they raised prices, but have LOWERED QUALITY. You'd think it would be the other way around.. so disappointing, they used to have the best food in Santa Paula. Not sure what they were thinking sending out that coal black sandwich + serving that to someone to eat. And their undercooked potato skins. Shameful!

Y'all have GOT to get it together. When it's good, it's VERY good. This last order was unbelievably awful. The calzone looked amazing, but was undercooked. The tiramisu was two gloopy slops filling not even half of the container.

Tuscany, I'm sure you're capable of making a better pizza than the one you delivered to me.
It looked good but by the 2nd bite I realized that off taste was from the pizza being undercooked. Beneath the layer of toppings there was hardly any sauce, some of the cheese wasn't even melted & I saw the layer of way undercooked dough.
After spending about $30 for a pizza I had to toss out & DoorDash giving me only a $5 credit I am definitely a dissatisfied customer.

Ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza, will never order it again. These was a very very thin layer of bbq sauce and the chicken pieces were dry. After reading other reviews will not eat there again.
