one of the items i ordered was unavailable, and instead of reaching out to me, they replaced it with something i didn't want, & made me pay for it. they should have either reached out to me, & let me know how i could substitute it, or cancel the item! i shouldn't have to pay for something i don't want. the risotto with short rib was overly salty. definitely my first & last time ordering from here.
