First time ordering from here and it is amazing! They called me from the store letting me know that they didn't have a muffin so they asked what I would like to replace it with. Most stores don't call they just don't give you the item. Not this place, they do above and beyond. The food is amazing and many vegetarian options. Huge portion sizes I could only finish half of the veggie panini. I will definitely be ordering from here again and

I ordered Rachel's Breakfast which was a big mistake. I chose poached eggs and I received a hard boiled egg. Looked old and was dry as a bone. I paid over $17 for a very suspect meal that had tiny portions. They added limp lettuce as well to make it look 'pretty.' See photos

I've been ordering from here for a while and everything was good consistently, but this one time my crepe arrived vertically so it was all messed up and got my shirt dirty, please don't pack it like that. Taste wise still good though.

both times i've ordered coffee from here have been pretty meh- a little too strong & bitter with not enough flavor from the syrup chosen (happened to me with both a lavender latte & brown sugar nitro)
