I ordered one of the Thursday specials, which was beef stew with half of a turkey club sandwich, and it was OUTSTANDING!! The stew was on point! It had huge hunks of beef, potatoes and carrots, with peas, celery and corn mixed into an amazing stew stock. The turkey club was amazing, as well! The lettuce and tomatoes were crisp and fresh, the turkey was fresh and not slimey, the bacon was cooked to be perfectly crisp, and the bread was toasted to the exact color and texture you want for a sandwich. They have so much to offer between food, drinks and ice cream that there is something to satisfy even the most picky of palettes (like mine)! Excellent job, Twist & Scoops!! I will continue to sing your praises to the masses, as they say, and will definitely be a repeat customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich! ( $9.99+ Tax ) And I called them before I ordered and I specificaly  asked them if it comes with fries because on the online menu is shows the sandwich comes with fries and the woman asked me to wait so she could ask and then she said it does but look what we have here! A sandwich for $9.99+ with no fries! False Advertising!

Told my grandparents about this place as we've never tried it and we were having a gathering so needed some dinner. Food was very poor quality. Burgers were cooked to a crisp (was like jerky) the bacon was pure black in most spots. The wrap had so much hot sauce on it, it was inedible. Fries were soggy. Dont think we will order here again.

I ordered a Fish Sandwich with fries  and the Great Lakes cheese curd . The fish sandwich arrived without the lettuce, tomato, and onion listed in the description. It was literally just a piece of fish on a bun with the sides. I ate it and the fish did taste great, but I would have preferred it with listed toppings. Then, I opened up my Great Lakes cheese curd . The description states they are deep fried with a golden brown crust. The picture shows regular cheese curd, but I ordered them thinking they came fried as per the description. They did not. I received just a baggie of plain cheese curd. I rarely order out and used to have good experiences when I did order from here, but it has been a long time. I don't know if this was a fluke, but it was very disappointing.
