Delicious, large portion and worth the order. The Pulled Pork Sandwich (Combo) was massive with a pile of pulledpork and just enough slaw to give it a tang. The smoked Mac and cheese was creamy and flavorful.

this has got to be the best burrito I've ever had. The mac and cheese is creamy. the potatoes are amazing! the brisket's delicious and the tortilla is amazing as well ! it was a huge burrito too. the picture just shows half because I just couldn't help but eat one half before I posted. The only thing I would say is I wish there was a bit more barbecue sauce, but beyond that absolutely amazing

Outstanding Mushroom Bacon Swiss Burger Combo...the best burger I think I've ever had. The char on the bun put it all over the top literally. Every ingredient was perfection! The PULLED PORK TACOS COMBO were fantastic as well. I've never had a bad meal at Two Gringos. So glad they opened in Hoquiam!

Got the combo with chicken. Sandwich is huge! Loaded with nice smoky chicken and a bit of cole slaw. Bun is tender and fluffy. Potato salad is flavorful and a little spicy.
Some places for improvement:
Sandwich is a little dry and bland. Maybe add some sauce, or offer it on the side?
Corn bread isn't the best. Passable, but could be better. More corn meal, less flour?
Overall very good! I'll definitely order again!

The food from here is definitely an experience, and I highly recommend it for people to at least try once! Some things might not be for everyone but there's great flavor for just about everything! The Chopped Brisket Tacos Combo was an amazing flavor. Every part of the taco had flavor, from the fresh tortillas, dripping brisket, and the fusion toppings. The Brisket Sandwich Combo is a great safe option for people who want to try bbq but aren't extremely comfortable. Great flavors and you get that Smokey after taste with every bite. The only things I was not to fond of were the sides. I got the potato salad with a meal, it has great flavors, but it's not for me. It's a sweet potato salad that not everyone enjoys but it has good flavor and the potatoes are a perfect texture. The Smoked Mac & Cheese was another story. I didn't really enjoy this at all. The cheese favor was not good, couldn't taste the smoke, but there's a hint of pepper maybe. It wasn't for me, but it might be for you! Give it a try! Overall majority of the food was great!
