I love the Lotus drinks and love how many flavors they have and lotus gives me a steady energy. It feels like the prices are reasonable too, so they always get my business. The food is also good. Brown sugar loaf and the chicken and bacon melt are my faves. The other sandwiches tend to be a little salty, but still good.

It took two hours to receive a "Cuban sandwhich" that was hard as a rock and sincerely inedible. Flavor was simply off, but even if I'd wanted to eat it I literally could not bite through the bread it was so rubbery, I can't believe I paid $10 for this. Two stars because the drink was made to spec at least (though I would've appreciated the caffeine an hour and a half earlier).

Bacon Breakfast Sandwich and Sausage Breakfast Sandwich are good, but the coffee is pretty bitter/burnt tasting. I normally have the problem of coffee shops making their drinks way too sweet, but this had the opposite problem of being bitter with the Mocha not even tasting like chocolate. the food was pretty good, above standard for coffee shops, but the coffee was not to my personal taste at least
