Best Chirashi in the area. This is the lunch portion (the dinner portion is even better). The seFood is fresh, and thick, and perfectly cut. Kudos to TZEN for bringing this to the area.

1 star off for inconsistency. Ordered Chirashi again but this time no shrimp, and only 2 pcs of hamachi. Still good. Not as good as yesterday.

The ribs were inedible mostly cartilage, smelled wrong, and chewy the dumplings were great though
