I love this place. The concept is genius. The food is always fresh and definitely tasty. The create your own feature is perfect, you can awaken your taste bud to a multiple array of protein and sauces. The UMaki Milk is a must try too. It will not disappoint. Thank you U'Maki!

The 2 protein bowl with salmon and tofu was good, although I was disappointed with the size of the cut of the salmon and the amount. The one protein greens also left a bit to be desired with only three pieces of shrimp tempura.
