• 4/15/26My pita was made poorly. It was so dry despite having 2 sauces and tomatoes in my pita. One side all, spinach and no sauce and others side had all toppings, sauce with what seemed like 4 peices of chicken. There was also a slit running through the wrap, and when I went to turn it, to bite into the part that actually had toppings, cheese and sauce, everything fell out. Was left with spinach in a dry wrap. It sucked, considering how expensive it is. Let down. Got a poutine, and that was made well thankfully.

• 1/22/25Gone down hill sadly! Today is the last order for me. I got barely any chicken on my pita - just some crumbly shredded pieces. White creamy sauce when I asked for Teriyaki. No pineapples or onions - ordered both. Thrown together so first bite fell apart and soggy from the white sauce I did not order. Fries used to be so good! Now they are super crunchy as if they went down in the fryer several times. My order came to 70 dollars. Never again. Have tried 3 times in hopes it would return to how it used to be.

• 5/15/23Don't waste your money. Chicken pita barely had any meat in the pita and the salad was sparse toppings in a bowl.

• 6/25/23I love U Need a Pita.... but I usually order from the Niagara Falls location on Dorchester and mistakenly ordered from the St Catherines location... Huge mistake. The difference in quality was astounding. We selected grilled veggies for both poutines we ordered and we received all raw onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Both of us didnt get any of the sauces we seleced and one didn't receive either of the extra selected toppings we ordered. Extremely disappointed. Impressed with door dashes quick and easy customer service. Was refunded credits immediately without having to pursue it myself.
