I felt so bad about my last order. The sweet girl at the store tried to call me because they were out of stock on something & I forgot to update my info on DD. I had to give them more business because they were so sweet and gracious about it! Also, their stuff is amazing! Definitely threw best fro-yo and caramel apples. 😋

When 95 percent of your reviews are bad I should of just avoided this place. I ordered a Mangonada (12 oz), a Caramel, 2 Cherry Cordials and 2 dog bones. I spent almost 20$ and all i got was 2 cherries and my dog bones. That was the saddest dessert! Two small cherries. They didnt send my Caramel or my Mangonada (12 oz). My friend however ordered a Mangonada (12 oz) in her order and got hers, yet it looked nothing like the picture when it arrived. It came in a tiny water cup size! They have so many negative reviews about missing items and things not being to size. Half filled etc! And thats what happened. Its fraud. They stole a photo from online. There was no fruit she said either. Ive ordered Mangonadas from many places and they're like 16-20oz cups for 10$. And they actually look like this photo and yet Here they charged 9$ for a 6 oz water cup! LOOK at the size in comparison to the small hand soap dispenser. It wasnt 12 ounces. And again didn't look like the photo. Me and her wont come back! Read your reviews and do ALOT better! $20 waste! 45 min wait. For 2 cherries.

I order from this place a ton! usually it's great, but tonight I got a 20oz instead of 24 that I paid for. Frustrating when I'm sharing with someone else. .Taste was great tho.

I ordered 2 12oz frozen yogurts. One was 1/2 filled. The other was 3/4 filled. If I'm paying $23 for 2 yogurts I would hope that they were at least the size that they advertised.

Inconsistent service. The first order was incredible. The next was highly disappointing. We ordered 2 16 Oz cups. One was not even half full and it was missing the toppings. It also had the wrong flavors.
We really loved our first time, so I hope they see this and will become more consistent.
