I really wish I could give a five stars, but it's just not working these days. It's the second or third time that I order in the quantity is just absurd.. the cup comes 80% field 20% is just air. It's almost like the Measure and plan on how they're gonna place each topping and base so you can inflate and looks full.. I hate that kind of practice. You guys should be so much better before. I'm very disappointed specially for the price we're paying for this. another very important point is the packaging. It comes in a paper bag without any cooling system in this heat. It arrives like a juice.

I am shocked at the bowl size that came today. I have been ordering for months and never had this issue. I order a small for my daughter while I get large or medium . Today I order two smalls and a medium. I got the small as a medium and two bite sizes as a small. I spend 50 bucks for this. Unbelievable

Normally I love this place, it's my favorite açaí bowl place in LA, but the last 2 times I've had it there were hardly any toppings or missing toppings and the açaí is so frozen that it's just not tasting how it used to. I really hope it goes back to the standard and quality it was because I will have to stop ordering for awhile since I was so disappointed for a second time now.
