So good!!   Toppings were on the side so I could add as I ate it.  Shave ice was soft, really good ube flavor, and mochi was pillowy soft!

I've ordered this many times and last two times I get thru less than half of the cup and then no flavor or syrup just ice. Very disappointed the quality has been declining because I used to love ordering from here. You guys need to make sure you are adding the flavors and not minimizing the flavors to save cost and give the customers what they ordered

The items we got arrived cold and nicely packaged. The shaved ice was amazing, just like back in the Island.

I was charged $16.50 for one box of Kauai Kookie Hawaiian Shortbread on Doordash ($8.25 plus additional $8.25 when selecting an option). When I visited the store for pickup, I noticed the same cookies were being sold for $6.50. I thought it was some sort of Doordash system error and contacted support, but the agent didn’t bother to help, simply saying that pricing on DoorDash is solely the store’s decision. 

Taste-wise, the mango and passion orange syrups were pretty bad. I couldn’t even tell what flavor they were supposed to be.
