Black garlic tonkotsu was great. Nice substantial broth that congealed in the fridge. Amazingly large chashu pork pieces. They gave way more meat than any other ramen place I've been to, which I loved. Noodles were nice and toothy. Only wish they gave more veggie topping options such as wood ear mushroom, corn, pickled ginger, and bamboo.

for a $15 bowl of ramen noodles should be more than 2 slices of pork belly. Also the broth is not very flavourful.

The Soft Boiled Egg is insane man. Get the Black Garlic Tonkotsu and ask for chilli oil on the side, super good!
