I'm a RAMEN lover and look for freshness in ingredients as well as the broth being fresh and this PLACE. Instantaneously became a new FAVE!
The T5. Seasoned Egg AHH incredibly flavorful and loved how hot it still was for delivery! Perfect! R5. Veggie Ramen (Thick Noodles) filling and definitely plenty OF EACH ingredient. 9999/10. Will be ordering again! And already can't wait.

The katsu curry P3. Katsu Curry Rice was incredible! It was flavorful and the portions of potato & carrot was the perfect size combined with the curry, rice, and amount of katsu. I was so full after eating all of it, honestly if I wasn't starving I don't think I'd be able to finish it. It may depend on your distance but the food was still hot when I recieved it and the katsu was still crunchy (ifykyk). I'm definitely going to be ordering here again :)
I also got the A5. Edamame as spicy garlic. My first time getting spicy garlic edamame, but compared to other spicy foods it was very flavorful and the spiciness wasn't overwhelming

I'll get into the 5 Star food in a second. Let's start with the customer service. We somehow got a mixed up order, I called in and the gentlemen who answered found our order quickly, saw what happened and offered to deliver everything we needed to complete our order (2 extra eggs, Chicken for 2 entree's since we ended up with pork). In under 5 minutes the corrections were delivered! What a legend Umami!
Now to the food! We ordered the appetizer A11.Pepper Chicken Karaage which we now wish we had ordered 2 orders. These are a 10/10 must have.
Quick tip for Door Dashers, you get the Soup portion seperately from the noodles, so just like you would with Top Ramen, pour the soup in and let it sit for 3 minutes with the lid on before you dig in, you'll thank me.
We ordered a R9-Spicy Paitan (Thin Noodles) in Mild and another one in Medium and ended up mixing the two to make a middle ground of spicy. Perfect Spice level. We also ordered a R8-Paitan (Thin Noodles) which was a hit. The Bamboo shoots are actually edible and tasty! All the food was fresh, and very good.
We are believers, and will 100% be back to this place!
