Oyster fry came with 5 and they were delicious. The roll lovers for two was excellent just wish you could choose some of the rolls. Two of the same ones was a little boring. The gyoza was decent, and tempura udon was loved by my kid. I'd order from here again. It was a lot of food and the rolls were decent size.

Spicy Tuna Cocktail is dry and barely anything in the container. Spicy Crab Salad is also dry with absolutely no sauce. Everything is bland! The whole meal is a total disappointment.

The staff at Umi is always professional and polite. The mushroom and cream cheese roll is my absolute favorite sushi roll. I've found it nowhere else. The quality of all of Umi's food is also outstanding.

I love sushi. I think the fact that this sushi is considered the best in fredericksburg is sad. The fish (I got spicy tuna) is metallic, not buttery like good quality sushi I've tried elsewhere. The eel roll was overcooked and tough to chew. They didn't provid chopsticks or soy sauce. I was disappointed since this is expensive and I ended up throwing most of it out.

Normally, I get wonderful meals from UMI today not so much. My California roll had way too much cucumber in it. It was disgusting and could not be eaten and in the Superman roll the shrimp that is normally yummy and crispy was dry and chewy very little heel sauce just wasn't worth the price today.
