This was amazing sushi definitely will be ordering here again the oysters came super cold in ice and fish to rice ratio on the nigiri was amazing even got some fresh wasabi a must try

I usually dine in and do ayce but I have been lazy.... anyways, here is my ratings:
Salmon : 1000/10 - I love the way that it's fresh and how the rice to fish ratio is still spot on. I love the double layer of the fish.
Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna : 7/10 - I wish there was more rice to it. They do give you a lot of spicy tuna which i do enjoy. i just wish the ratio was better
Yellowtail & tuna nigiri : 4/10 - they both smelled very fishy which they normally don't and it was surprising on my end. wouldn't order it again for take out.
Spicy Scallop Roll : 5/10 - i found that the imitation crab was overpowering. i couldn't really taste the scallops.
Orange Blossom Roll : 10/10 - my favorite roll, there is nothing wrong with this roll.

Philadelphia Roll was fresh, the Shrimp Tempura Roll was as good as the picture, and the Gyoza was tasty without being greasy. I wish I could have given this meal 10 ⭐

The Teriyaki Beef was ok the portion was fair. The Green Chili Tempura Roll was ok as well and the miso soup was ok.

I love Umiya Sushi. They have the best sushi in town I swear and everything is so fresh. All my friends know about this place.
