Wow! It's always good but it was a step above this last time. Maybe because I had eaten at Paseo a couple of times over the last few months with friends, and after this order I can confidently say Un Bien is better. The Press was bigger and more flavorful and the meat so tender and juicy. My roommate got the West Caribbean Bowl and the meat was totally falling off the bone

TLDR: Black Beans were nasty, but sandwiches were delicious.
Smokin' Thighs sandwich and Caribbean Roast sandwich were excellent, I can see how these are some of the best sandwiches in Seattle. Will definitely be returning for them and they are why this review is 4 stars. HOWEVER... Those Black Beans were NOT it. We were very disappointed as Caribbeans ourselves. I do not know how those beans are award-winning, they tasted overwhelmingly of ketchup (not the traditional tomato paste, but specifically ketchup). I will never order those beans again, and they are in no way even mildly adjacent to authentic Caribbean habichuela guisado.

The BEST Caribbean/Cuban sandiches in town!
The meats are perfectly marinated for full flavour, the bread from Macrina is perfecrly toasted with the garlic aioli slathered on it and THE ONIONS are to die for!

Every order is always perfect and how it looks in the pictures this is one of the best shops in Seattle , staff is awsome and they really know what they're doing in the kitchen this a 10/10 everyday
