Simply divine. I switch back and forth between Un Bien and Paseo based on what's closest, for their heavenly Caribbean roast sandwiches. Unsurprisingly, if you like the Paseo version you'll like this one, and for a better price! Imo-- it's really like reaching for a Diet Coke vs reaching for a Coke Zero. Similar but different and if you're like me, you like both, it's just a matter of mood on a given day.

Oh lordy. I may be addicted. the Caribbean Roast Dinner is amazing.I could eat that every night. amazing blend of flavors, huge portions, fresh and great quality, cooked to perfection. Hats off to the chef. Dayum

Everything was yummy! Got a side of caramelized onions and they were freakin HUGE lol wasn't expecting that size but they were good. Didnt end up eating them because I thought they'd be smaller. None the less, the meals were great! Beans full of flavor

Absolutely love the tofu delight sandwich. I think if you skipped the aïoli, it would be vegan. I modify mine to skip the lettuce and substitute the marinated cabbage, which is delicious.
