I LOVE Uncle B's. Fantastic bbq, and the fried pickles are the best I've ever had. I prefer going in person, because everyone there is so friendly and helpful in making decisions about which delicious item to get.

I was really excited about our BBQ night as it was too hot out to grill. The food was not flavorful at all. Didn't get the sauce I expected for the pulled chicken as there are no descriptions on the app for the sauce textures or flavor profiles. It was more like a tangy, oily marinade. 

Chicken was tasty, but it wasn't 'pulled' it was chunky. Cole slaw was bitter and runny. Mac N Cheese was very bland and very greasy. 

At $16/lb for chicken, a few free buns would have been a nice addition but they charge $2 extra per bun. Would only try this place again if they comp me a free meal.

I ordered the barbecue nachos and the gluten-free mac & cheese. The restaurant called to inform me the nachos are unfortunately not gluten-free, but they happily substituted to the barbecue fries which were fantastic￼! They were gluten-free, and I really appreciate the restaurants diligence! 
Also, the gluten-free mac & cheese is always delicious.￼￼

We were super excited to give this place a try. The meats were good and the onions were different and a great addition to the sandwich! The Mac n cheese was so disappointing though - it tasted like buttered noodles.

I am IN LOVE with the Catfish Po'Boy! The Jumbo cut wings are also great with the jerk seasoning, but you gotta try the catfish. Life-changing.
