Quesa-Birria offers melt-in-your-mouth meat with an explosion of flavors. Guadalajara consistently delivers a protein-packed delight. Chili Con Queso earns a perfect 10/10 recommendation. Churros are delightfully crispy with a sweet cream cheese touch. I want more!

I noticed the menu has changed. Seasoned Ground Beef Tacos moved from 2 to 3. They changed the meat and the size. Actually I preferred 2 tacos, they had more flavor. The 3 tacos did have lots of meat and were good.
The Steak and/or Chicken Fajitas for One were 50% ok. Chicken was good, but steak had lots of grizzle and very chewy. Thank heavens the chips were good. They're not sweet or whatever the taste was. We would just put bag in trash. Guacamole and salsa couldn't cover up that taste.

I will start with the food is really good. Fresh and tasty, however, I paid $52 for the combo Steak and/or Chicken Fajitas for Two and the portion is clearly not a portion for two. There is only enough meat for maybe 3 tacos. This platter is around $40 in store. I'm fine with a mark up for delivery, but atleast make the quantity make sense.

I judge a Mexican restaurant primarily on it's Cheese & Onion Enchiladas, and with the chili con carne topping, these were excellent. The salsa was excellent too, chunky and smoky, like the first time I had it. It's uneven over time though, probably because it IS made from scratch and varies some with each chef. Will definitely get this again.

They have clearly made the queso cheaper. It tastes like it is made from nacho cheese, not the good flavor it used to be. Extremely disappointed by paying $12 (yes for queso) with something I could get at the grocery store.
