If you've ordered the Fajita Quesadilla in the past, this is definitely not that. They are much smaller now as you can see the tiny pieces in the box. I will not be ordering them again. They are not worth the cost on door dash or in person. I called and was told they changed them to be smaller.

The meals were great, but we ordered the "best deal" PINT of Chile Con Queso for $17. We got what I can only assume is small? It tasted great. It just would have been great to have the leftovers we'd hope for. Also, there were not any jalapeños, nor any way to add them to the order.

I've ordered queso blanco twice and got the yellow cheese. Rice was hard and only a tablespoon of beans. I won't be doing the door dash order again with them. I called them and they are happy to correct the queso, but I have to drive to them.

Things have changed at Uncle Julio's sadly. I ordered my usual steak Fajita Quesadilla and Churros and I was very disappointed with both. Instead of using large flour tortillas they now use small ones and charge more. The churros were raw inside and completely inedible.

We ordered all beef enchiladas for 4 and they have shredded cheese and queso on top. I thought we got the variety of topping ie hatch, however, only on variety pack. Is delicious and plenty of hot & spicy charro beans, rice, chips, salsa, quacomole, and the best little crispy churros in sugar and cinnamon with chocolate dipping sauce. Plenty for 4 adults.
