I have eaten here, in person, many a times. Decided to try delivery, after a few months and ordered Uncle Lai’s Char Kuey Teow.
It seems that they have changed the chef (?) as the flavor was bland, the additional $1 I paid for making it spicy was very disappointing, as it tasted just like the non-spicy version. Seems that the new chef doesn't have the same touch as the original guy.
Also, parts of the flat noodles was still white, denoting it wasn't stirred properly and/or not enough sauces were added.
Overall, it's a disappointment and a waste of money as it's not cheap.
