I do love this place BUT they never send cutlery. come on Uncle Pete do better!!
Shephard's Pie was amazing and yummy with beef in every bite. Chicken Noodle was so thick my spoon stood on its own..it should be called stew. Apple pastie was terrific. Sausage, Egg, and Cheese is my absolute favorite. always packed w sausage. I bought it to have for breakfast tomorrow....

Beef pasty was very full. Crust was flaky and not thick. The broccoli/cheese soup is very thick and almost too rich. My only complaint was that the side of gravy was COLD. I expected it to be warm and edible from the carry out. It had not been heated at all.
There should be a choice if you want it hot or cold on DoorDash.

I was at work so I didnt take pictures the Stuffed Cabbage was very good the Venison Pastie was a little bit dry I would recommend gravy Stuffed Green Peppers however were the star of my meal!! the flavor was absolutely perfect texture was amazing it was as close to homemade as i have ever had the packaging does need improvement the plastic top melted on one of my items prices are very fair for the portion it was just like walking into my ma's kitchen when I was a kid

Food (goulash) had been microwaved.
Noodles still had ice in the container's meat bites.
Arrived medium temp and sort of cold in the middle. Noodles were broken and felt a bit soggy and over cooked - typical for freezing then microwaving pasta. If it's stored frozen, it would be ok for me to thaw myself, but even so, the noodles seemed to fall apart like gluten free noodle texture. Flavor was ok except a weird tasting sausage end piece that tasted like it might have gone a bit bad before cooking it. I spit it out. Very spicy too. I like spice but some people may not be able to hand so much zing.
Won't be ordering the goulash dish again. Big disappointment.
Lobster bisque, my husband said was amazing. Large portion is too large for one sitting. Would easily serve 2 bowls.

The food Stuffed Cabbage andBeef Barley soup was good as always, but even though they were out of somethings, they called me to let me know and included a brownie for free. I truly enjoy Uncle Peter's and highly recommend them to everyone.
