Amazing gluten-free pizza (The Southsider), super cheesy, and the crust was crispy/didn't fall apart. Enough for two people.
Boneless Naked Chicken Bites are the most crispy, well-breaded boneless chicken bites I've found. A little small but wouldn't I complain about ordering more.

I had gotten the chicken Parm hero the first time I ever went here and it was the most amazing gluten-free chicken Parm sandwich I've ever had. This place has now become a regular place that I consistently am ordering from. It's the first place I've ever found that is 100% celiac safe. The portion was amazing. I even was able to save some of it and eat the other half for dinner. All of the ingredients were fresh and tasted amazing

I landed in NJ with my 9 year old Celiac kiddo this afternoon. We're not at all familiar with the area, so when I found that Uncle Skippy's Kitchen was a dedicated GF establishment, it was a no-brainer.
We Doordashed our food during rush hour traffic, so it had gone cold by the time it got to us - through no fault of the restaurant - and STILL my 9 year old declared, "THIS IS SO GOOD" (yes, in all caps 😏). There was also a smattering of, "I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS GLUTEN FREE". The child didn't want to wait for me to reheat her food. She inhaled it just as it was, raving the entire time.
We had The Southsider pizza and Boneless Naked Chicken Bites. Delicious!
Such a relief to have a safe place for her to eat, and truly enjoy the food. Thank you! 💜

needs cheese on top not just the bottom so it disappears and the bread not big enough for the meatballs so it's not a sandwich it's a app
