Omg, I didn't expect the Ube Burnt Basque Cheesecake to taste this good! I've purchased cheesecakes from Uncle Tetsu in the past but were never really impressed (too "standardized") but today we got intrigued by the basque + ube combo so decided to try it--it's perfect! Not too sweet, super moist, light and fluffy, but enough of the ube and burnt flavor, very subtle. Totally recommend this flavor. Please keep it and never change!
