• 10/7/23I at first thought I accidentally ordered a lox cream cheese bagel instead of a bagel with sliced lox and cream cheese. The bagel is bland, and there's almost no lox. Very disappointed.

• 8/29/23The first order was missing when I went to pick it up and the bagel was not toasted. Also there was hardly any lox spread on it. I feel like I was ripped off.

• 3/30/25Cheese Steak Hero is amazing. They use good bread and grill the roll sort of like a panini so it melts the cheese on the inside.
