Had the honey beef tenderloin, the pan fried beef buns and chow mein with shrimp! Everything was wonderful! And the Kang Shi Fu Lemon ice tea was the icing on the cake!! Definitely saved under my favs!

The mushroom soup had 3 half caps of mushroom and 2 pieces of beef (along with 2 bones) in a beefy but very bland and under seasoned broth
The dumplings were slightly underfilled and had small pice of shrimp on one side with a small pork ball on the other side. no dipping sauce, just packets of soy sauce. The fried pork ribs were really just a pork loin with what appeared to be a small amount of Togarashi in the middle

This restaurant is usually excellent, though I regret trying new items. I don't recommend the Egg Drop Soup (蛋花湯) at all. It's sweet and tastes strongly of corn. I was hoping for a more umami, eggy flavour. The fried pork ribs were decent, but a little over cooked. Dry and burnt. The broccoli was delicious, but it was also covered in goo.

I ordered chicken and broccoli for 22 $. It came as a small portion and it had not spiced or sauce on it.

Steamed Pork Dumplings (6PC) (鲜肉蒸饺) had a hard texture, I'm sure they would be better fresh. The shrimp are small for the shrimp chow mein, butthe flavor was great.
