SO GOOD! The urban fries are a classic. Pro tip: if you are ordering at the end of the day, consider getting a spice level down. I usually like Nashville hot but towards the end of the day they season the oil more so it's more spicy. Learned that at another location! Staff are super nice here too. 10/10!!

Sandwich was fantastic and the tenders are huge! Fries would be good, except I'm really not a fan of the sweet seasoning they're tossed in. The sweetness ruins it for me, so I'll be getting them without the seasoning next time.

the urban fries are so good, well seasoned good balance of all ingredients, the chicken & waffle was good but i didnt know pickles came on it so it got the waffle soggy but it was still really good, the cookie however was prepackaged not made in store and it was rock hard so not happy about that but it's okay everything else was great

I really loved the chicken and its flavor and the fries overall really good food and chicken.
Only small note is that i thought the extra tender and mac and cheese was going to be included with the (Half Order) Urban Fries instead of separate boxes.

Fries were raw I got sweet potato and it was cheesy plus they skimmed on the Mac and cheese as well
