Flavor is ALWAYS on point! I just feel like this most recent time (mid July), the mac and cheese on the urban fries was a bit sparse. Still a 5 star bc it's so good! Fries do get soggy in transit, but the flavor makes up for it. Love the nashville hot!!

I can't put into words how insane the flavor is. The size of the tenders paired with how juicy and fresh they are when you take that first bite is why I've been a loyal customer since they first opened their doors. Of all the Nashville hot chicken I've had Urban bird is 1st 2nd and 3rd place.

the first time I ordered from here, my experience was good..but this time is different. while the food itself tasted wonderful, the serving size of french fries were laughable. tiny amount for a large portion family meal. We were able to split chicken between 5 people (the pieces are big) but the mac n cheese and fries were much smaller in serving size, so much that we were only able to serve 3 people and there was extra hot cheeto dust... disappointed for sure...

Really good! The spice is actually Nashville. It's the perfect amount of spice. It's not too spicy to where you're going to get heatburn. The sandwhich looks exactly like the pics too! I love it. Thanks had a great experience.

Sando Combo is excellent, corn on point. One the best sandwiches ive ever had. My first time trying them. That Fire in the hole is the real deal. Genuinely hot. Damn spicy hot deliciousness had me sweating. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars
