This is my first Sando Chicken Sandwich. Oh my my!!!! This is a fabulous sandwich. The bread is lightly buttered and toasted and soft. It tastes great. The chicken tenders (mildly hot) were perfectly prepared and delicious. I'm not always a fan of kale but this slaw was amazing. I will definitely order this again. Know that this is really hearty sandwich. Next time, I'll try the fries. I highly recommend you try this sandwich.

It looks great and is made with visibly fresh ingredients, the problem is their idea of heat is to dump some assortment of chili powder on the chicken. Anyone can do that. Just like the low effort spicy chicken sandwiches from Wendy's or Chick-fil-A, add cayenne and call it a day. No thanks. Won't be ordering again.

I did 2 different half orders of urban fries, nashville hot and lemon pepper. It was fantastic!!! Nashville hot was the perfect amount of hot when you don't want to catch your mouth on fire! The lemon pepper was super flavofull as well. The Mac and cheese was excellent and the fries just topped it all off!

Ordered the buy one get one free special. Nashville seasoning. The Mac and cheese had no flavor. The seasoning that is SUPPOSED TO GO ON TOP OF THE MAC wasn't on there. Which made the food bland. The chicken itself was really dry, like it had been sitting under the hot lamp for to long. I ordered a drink and it came with no straw. The elote fries was missing the crema that it's supposed to come with. Overall it was a waste of money.
