• 8/31/24I've never had a bad experience with Urban Desserts, in the past I would always give it 5 stars, but I am pretty disappointed after my order tonight.
Every time I have ordered from here, either in store or delivery, I have ordered frozen yogurt. Tonight the large I ordered was much smaller than previous orders as well as not filled to the top. In the past, a large would last me 2-3 servings, this one is DRASTICALLY smaller. I even went ahead and called the store to ask if their sizing had recently changed or maybe I accidently was given a smaller size and the person I spoke to told me their cups changed, so look smaller but it is the "same amount of scoops". Last time I was in there, the frozen yogurt came out of a regular frozen yogurt machine, where there is no scoops or scooping involved. So long story short I am disappointed and a bit confused as well.
Feel as if I got ripped off, and not sure of this is just how it is with all customers or if it was a one time thing this order

• 6/29/24Banana Nutella Crepe tasted hard and crispy like it was cooked too long and I only received 3 small slices of banana, go somewhere else for crepes, there are better restaurants

• 6/1/23Order from them and go there a lot. Yesterday my fiancé ordered the s’mores dip and the portion was a fraction of what it normally is and was burnt so much it was inedible. Today my fruity pebbles yogurt was half full. Really disappointing.

• 12/17/22I don't even have words for the level of deliciousness the Strawberry & Cream crepe is. It's been a constant reorder. Shakes are epic. Have absolutely zero complaints. Hella legit.
