First off, this is not your run-of-the mill breakfast. Everything was very carefully prepared, hence the high ratings. I am visiting from California, and there is no restaurant near us that is close to this quality. The food is very fresh and made from scratch. The lightly breaded chicken fried steak was very moist and flavorful without being greasy, and the buttermilk biscuit was moist and delicious with the yummy sage gravy. The blueberry pancake was like homemade with juicy blueberries! This breakfast was spectacular! Kudos to the chef, who obviously has high standards and cares about his customers. Will be back! Thank you!

Steak and All Natural Steak & Eggs Pretty flavorless, unfortunately. My order had no condiments or silverware. Not even a napkin. Food port portion is too small. Overpriced food. Also ordered the Blue Corn Huevos Rancheros and the portion was disappointing. This dish also lacked flavor and my hash browns were overcooked and dry.

The Rocky Mountain Corned Beef Hash is absolutely delicious! Love the jalapeno bacon chutney. It gives the right amount of sweet and heat. Portion size is good for the price. The Cure drink is tasty! Not too sweet and refreshing.

The chicken & waffles is an absolute masterpiece. Super crispy chicken, eggs cooked perfectly, a sweet waffle, and the sauce and bacon jam, all goes so well together and tastes amazing. A 10/10 dish, I wish I could eat this every day.

The fries are stale, my eggs were extremely watery and barely had any ham in it. The portion wasn't bad but the quality was bad. I would not order again. The espresso just tasted like straight burnt milk.
