As someone who spent 20+ years in the CT/NY metro, this New Haven style pizza crust does remind me of home. For those new to the style, the crust is not "burnt", it's charred - usually over coals. It's a smokey & crunchy flavor to a nice hearty pie. I'm excited to try different flavors in the New Haven style!

Pretty bad Philly Cheesesteak Hoagie. The steak was so cut up it was mush. It was more like a Philly Cheesesteak sloppy joy. The also put some sort of condiment on it I did not order. Way to spicy. I grew up in South Jersey and South Philly. The bread would have been great but the steak should not have been cut and mashed to mush like that.

I got the Chopped Salad Hoagie, Cookie, Boylan Shirley Temple, and Tots. The hoagie was okay, it wasn't my favorite. There were a lot of flavors, and the tomatoes used didn't match the rest of the flavors at all. The cookie was hard, but decent. I didn't like the Shirley Temple, it tasted like cleaner and gave me a sore throat. The tots were my favorite, they were crispy and seasoned perfect. Overall, not my favorite order, and I probably won't order here again, but it wasn't bad food at all.

The Chopped Salad was sooooo good! I ordered the large, two of us split it, and we still have some leftover.
