The beef lasagna had lots of meat, mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce. It tasted good. It had a spice I am not used to in lasagna but it still tasted good. Problem was it had no ricotta cheese. It may have had some parmesan. I was looking for lasagna with ricotta cheese. Otherwise just as well had spaghetti with lots of mozzarella cheese. But I never know if it is what I am looking for unless I taste it.

Doner Pita and Meze Platter were flavorful and satisfying, but I cannot say the same thing about Kofta (Adana) Kebab. It was very overcooked and chewy.
