The food was really delicious. My husband and I really enjoyed it. The Gizz dodo is a must try. They are really friendly as well.

Extremely disappointing, especially for $40! This was my first time ordering from this company, and I honestly cannot believe this is what I received. The description clearly advertised ponmo and smoked cow skin, yet there was absolutely NO ponmo and NO smoked cow skin in my order.
The rice was extremely mushy, and on top of that, I kept getting broken pieces of fish head in the stew. How is this acceptable for a meal that costs $40?
What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. If you are charging customers $40 for ONE meal, then at the very least, give them the ingredients and quality they paid for. I ordered based on the picture and description, and what showed up was completely different.
Mushy rice, no ponmo, no smoked cow skin, and broken pieces of fish head throughout the stew for $40. Absolutely terrible and extremely disappointing for my first order. This was not what was advertised and definitely not what I paid for.

Pictures are deceiving. The native rice was nothing like the picture, no dry dish no cowskin and it was bland. The ogbono soup was nothing like the picture too. It was watery and tasted more like okra soup. Also, the only protein in it was smoked turkey unlike the description provided . The soup tasted ok though.

After letting the owner know that I was not pleased with my semo, she contacted me and immediately apologized. She also offered to redo the entire entree for the inconvenience. I met her and her husband and was instantly impressed with her customer service and her presentation. The food she offers and makes is amazing. I will be ordering again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
