Excellent. Hoping for really good, different comfort food and got it. The beef brisket in the sandwich was very good, as were the Uzbekistan tandoori bread--better cousin to a mufaleta--and hot sarisa.

Really impressed with the plov. I would call it a kind of brisket, onion and raisin pilaf which has a really satisfying flavor combination. The savory and sweet work together very well. It's always fun to find a different people's food (Uzbeki) to be both great and different.
